Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)

Overview

This course focuses on the promotion, upholding and reinstatement of health and to the avoidance of disease. Examination is carried out by the University, under which the institute is registered. The examination is mainly alienated into three parts, the Main, Subsidiary and practical. The main includes the examination of all theory paper and that of practical include evaluation in the practical paper. The subsidiary exam is for the English and the other language option. At the end of the course every institute allows the students to undergo an internship program in a hospital (mainly parent hospital). This is also a part of the curriculum. The certificates are issued only after the internship. The internship period can vary from 32-40 weeks.

Eligibility

Applicants must have passed 10+2 in general or Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects with approximately 45%.
