Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)

The minimum educational qualification shall be the passing of:

• Higher secondary school certificate examination (12 years course). (Or)
• Senior school certificate examination (10+2). (Or)
• Pre Degree examination. (Or)
• An equivalent with 12 years schooling from a recognized board or University with Physics, Chemistry. Biology/Botany and Zoology and English with minimum of 45% aggregate marks (PCBE) and 40% aggregate marks (PCBE) for SC and ST.
• The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December on the year of admission.

• Class rooms are spacious and well ventilated. Each class room is Equipped with Desks, Benches, Black boards & White board(Marker board), OHP with screen notice board for the students, Lecture table and built in cup boards.
• Laboratories is equipped with eight beds with bedside lockers and also has cup boards, racks, built-in cup boards, wash basins and adequate furniture. It has sufficient inventory articles, equipments and solutions for the students to practice. There are three manikins in which one is advanced CPR manikin.
• Library consists of many national and international nursing, medical and surgical books. We have many national and international journals, it is well furnished for comfortable readings and writing.
• College of nursing has spacious and ventilated auditorium, which is equipped with necessary sound systems and other lightings, furniture, etc.
• Separate hostel facilities are available for girls and boys. Hostel rooms are fully furnished with cot, study table, cupboards etc., It has modern hygienic kitchen, dining facilities and separate cloth washing and drying areas.
• South Indian vegetarian and non- vegetarian foods are served in the mess.

Candidate seeking admission to B.Sc Nursing has to apply in the prescribed application form.
