Overview

• B.Sc. Nursing is a four year program under the affiliation of Rajasthan University of Health Sciences. Jaipur and recognized by Indian Nursing Council. New Delhi and Rajasthan Nursing Council, Jaipur. it has both theoretical and practical session throughout the year.
• “Shri Balaji College of Nursing”, Udaipur offers an undergraduate program leading to a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) degree. The B.Sc. Nursing degree prepares the graduate for entrance into graduate study in nursing at the Master's Degree level, which is essential for teaching, administration, clinical specialization and nursing research.
• Completion of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc.) degree prepares beginning professional nurses who possess the theoretical foundation and the clinical competence to function in various healthcare settings. The graduate is prepared to deliver nursing care services to individuals, families, population groups, and communities.
• The Bachelor of Science in Nursing prepares students to think critically, make decisions and function effectively in their interpersonal and team surroundings. The general education courses in biology, social science, and humanities provide a strong foundation for the nursing theory and clinical/experiential courses. Nursing graduates are prepared to understand and respond to the vast and changing healthcare needs of individuals and communities in society.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have passed intermediate or 10+2 in Science+Bio With 45% marks in PCBE from RBSE/CBSE or any recognized board, Relaxation of 5% (40%) Marks is given to SC/ST Candidates.
• For Outer State Candidates must have passed intermediate or 10+2 in Science+Bio With 50% marks in PCBE from RBSE/CBSE or any recognized board.
• Age should be 17-25 Years on 31st December or the admission year for Male candidates and 17-28 years for Female Candidates.
• Candidate must pass the nursing entrance examination conducted by the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur (Raj.) for admission on Government Quota Seats.
