Students are also encouraged to participate in intercollegiate programmes conducted in other Districts.

Students are also given permission to play in the evening between 5 pm to 6.30pm during weekends.

Library: The College of Nursing has a library called the,”The Living Library”. It covers 1462 square feet. It has a capacity to accommodate 60 students at one time. The library is equipped with 3183 books, 13 national journals and 10 international journals. There are 251online journals also available. Fifty new latest books are purchased every year. Further, it is equipped with theAutolib software, two surveillance cameras and Wi-Fi facilities. It also has a xerox corner for students and separate reading room for faculty. The library is enriched and updated by the Library Committee which consists of alibrarian, a library assistant, faculty and students.

Auditorium: It covers an area of 3000 square feet. It has a seating capacity of 500 students. It is an air-conditioned hall with 500 chairs, wall mounted LCD, a large screen, high feature audio system and a computer. Conferences, seminars, committee meetings, and cultural programmes are organized here.

• BSc in Nursing Admission Process in India is conducted through both entrance exam score and merit.
