Bachelor of Science (Hons) (BSc) in Nursing

• Age: - The Candidate should have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December. The upper age limit is 30 years as further provided that this upper age limit is relaxed by a period of five years for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD category.
• Qualifying Examination: - A candidate seeking admission to First year B. Sc. (Hons.) Nursing Course must have passed Senior School Certificate Examination conducted by CBSE/Council of the Indian School Certificate Examination (12years course) from a recognized school or an examination recognized as equivalent to, with 50% or more marks in the aggregate of 4 subjects including English (Core/Elective), Physics, Chemistry and Biology, provided the student has passed in each subject separately.
• Only women candidates are eligible for the course.
• The criterion for deciding the region of the candidate for B. Sc. (Hons.) Nursing course, (who have passed/appeared in the Senior School Certificate Examination or an examination recognized as equivalent to, through Patrachar/ Correspondence/Open School) will be the location of the school. The candidate must have got herself registered with any school for the purpose.
• A candidate must be medically fit for the course.

The Selection of the candidates for admission to B. Sc. (Hons.) Nursing Course will be made on the basis of NEET (UG) Score secured by the candidate in NEET (UG) result.
