The B.Sc. Imaging Technology program at AIMSRC is designed to develop skilled radiology technologists capable of operating modern diagnostic imaging equipment. Students receive extensive hands-on exposure in the radiology department of AIMSRC’s multispecialty hospital, which includes Digital X-ray units, High-resolution CT scanners, MRI systems, and fluoroscopy setups. The curriculum integrates imaging physics, radiation protection, patient positioning, diagnostic protocols, and interpretation basics. AIMSRC provides advanced simulation labs, PACS systems, and guidance from experienced radiologists and technologists. The compulsory one-year internship helps students gain real-time experience in imaging procedures, emergency radiology, interventional setups, and patient care, preparing them for careers in hospitals, diagnostic centers, and imaging chains.

1. Apply via KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority) or through management quota at AIMSRC.
2. Submit required academic and identity documents.
3. Attend KEA counseling and select AIMSRC – B.Sc. Imaging Technology.
4. Report to the institute with the allotment order (KEA candidates).
5. Complete document verification and pay fees.
6. Undergo a medical fitness test.
7. Begin the program as per RGUHS academic calendar.
