Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Cardiac Technology

Applicant must have passed 12th std. with Biology Subject.

The course duration is 4 Years including 1 Year of Internship.

Cardiac Care Technology is an under graduate allied health science specialization course. Cardiac technicians prepare patients and assist doctors for Angiography, Cardiac Catheterization, open heart surgery and the implanting of pace makers. Cardiac technicians monitor patient during these cardiac procedures. They assist doctors take images of the heart and peripheral blood vessels through both invasive and noninvasive procedures, such as catheterization, balloon angioplasty and perform individually in echo cardiogram. The course is four years program including one year internship. Students after successful completion they get placed in department of cardiology, cardiac catheterization lab, cardiac diagnostic centers.
