- Application Process include hard copy submission of duly filled application form, curriculum vitae, academic documents, three passport size photographs, certificate of Diploma in optometry, ID proof followed by interview. For admission to First Year BSc (Optometry) course the candidate should have successfully completed HSC / 10th, 12th or equivalent with min 60 % marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics & Pass in English. For admission in Second year candidate should have successfully completed a Diploma course of minimum two years duration in Optometry from a reputed institution.
