Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Forensic Science

Applicants must have passed 10+2 with 50% in Science stream.

B. Sc. Forensic Science is a three year programme related to forensic science in the broad areas of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Law and Methods of Forensic Investigation imparting students with skills necessary to carry out independent projects. The programme offers both theoretical and practical knowledge in every area of criminalistics which demonstrates proficiencies in laboratory skills like forensic biology & serology, forensic chemistry, Digital & Cyber Forensic, Questioned Document Examination, Crime Scene Investigation, Fingerprint Examination, Forensic Ballistics and Forensic toxicology etc.

• Admission will be based on merit.
• A course wise merit list will be called for counseling, which eventually would lead to the admission.
