Overview

The course duration is 4 1/2 years including 4 years academic and 6 months of internship training in the various departments has laid down by the Gujarat University.

Short details of training program:

• 1ST Year: Human Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Psychology, Sociology, Bio-Medical Physics & Exercise Therapy – I
• 2nd Year: Exercise Therapy – II, Kinesiology, Electro Therapy – I & II, Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Biostatistics & Research Methodology.
• 3rd Year: Medicine, Dermatology, Pediatrics, Neuro & Neurosurgery, Gynecology & Obstetrics, Plastic Surgery, Cardio Thoracic Surgery, General Surgery, Ortho Traumatic & Non Traumatic, ENT & Radiology, Physical & Functional Diagnosis.
• 4th Year: P.T. in Neurology, P.T. in Cardio-Pulmonary, P.T. in Orthopaedics, P.T. in Medical Surgicsl Conditions, Physiotherapy Rehabilitation

Eligibility

• Applicant should have done Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification, completed from a recognized university, in the Science stream, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects.
• Candidate should have completed the age of 17 years by 31st December of the year of his / her taking admission.
