Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)

The candidate must have passed 10+2, or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, English, and Biology with a minimum of 50% mark taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Documents Required at the time of Admission:

• The candidate shall produce original documents for verification and attach the self-attested copies of the following documents with the Application Form
• Qualifying examination standard 12th (HSC) mark-sheet as the case may be;

a.) NEET mark-sheet of current academic year

b.) School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate

• S.S.C. Examination (std.10th) mark-sheet and passing certificate,
• Caste certificate for a candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste(SC), Scheduled Tribes(ST) and socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) issued by the authority empowered by the government in that behalf.
