Eligibility

    • Candidates who passed 12th standard Board Examination (GSEB or CBSE) in Science stream or equivalent examination and with 50 percent marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics are eligible, in case of candidates belonging to scheduled caste/scheduled tribes the minimum percentage of mark shall be 35 percent of the qualifying subject. Admission to this course is done on merit basis by Central Admission cell, Government of Gujarat along with Medical, Dental, Pharmacy and Engineering etc.
    • A candidate seeking admission the Bachelor in Physiotherapy Course should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year admission.
    • Every candidate before admission the course shall furnish to the principal of the institute a certificate of Medical Fitness from an authorized Government Medical Officer to the effect, where that the candidates physically fit to undergo the Physiotherapy Course

    Documents to be attached with the application:
    a). S.S.C. Examination (Std. 10th) Mark-sheet and passing certificate.
    b). H.S.C. Examination (Std. 12th) Mark-sheet.
    c). Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) Mark-sheet.
    d). School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate.
    e). Caste certificate for a candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes(ST) and Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC), issued by the authority empowered by the Government in this behalf.
    f). Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate of the family, issued after 1st April of the relevant academic year, by the authority empowered by the Government in this behalf.
    g). Certificate of Physical Disability, issued and duly signed by the medical board constituted or medical officer authorised for the purpose.
    h). Other certificates as the Admission Committee deem necessary.
