Overview

    Bachelor of Physiotherapy course is offered on a full time basis. The course uses a hands on approach that puts emphasizes on client centered, inter professional and evidence based practice. In Year I, we will focus on basic human biosciences & on developing an understanding of the foundation of the human engineering system and the role of health professionals in health / welfare sectors. In Year II, student’s begins to develop physiotherapy skills and further explore the biosciences like pathology & Microbiology. By the III & IV years, students will be able to apply their knowledge & practical skills to physiotherapy management for disorders across the life – span. students develop the practical aspects of physiotherapy through simulated learning environment and by practicing on each other.

Eligibility

    • The Student Should Complete 17 Years By the Month of December Of that Academic Year.
    • The Student Should completed Intermediat(10+2) pass with 45% marks in aggregate, in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with English as the medium of study. or Intermediat vocational Physiotherapy with Bridge Course.

Admission Process:

    Application Forms can be obtained directly from the college by paying the application fee. For BPT course, the sale of application begins from March of every year.

    The candidates will be shortlisted and called for the admission. They have to submit the original certificates of the following along with three sets of photocopies of the same:

    • X th standard Mark Sheet.
    • XII th standard Mark Sheet.
    • XII th Transfer Certificate.
    • Community Certificate.
    • X th & XII th Conduct Certificate.
    • Physical Fitness Certificate obtained from a registered medical practitioner.
    • Blood Group Report.
    • Recent Colour Passport size photos 6 nos + digital photo file in jpg file format in a CD to be submitted.
    • Migration & Eligibility certificate to be obtained from Dr NTR UHS.
