The minimum qualification for admission to first year of the B. Pharm. course is a pass in the Intermediate (10 + 2) examination conducted by the board of Intermediate education, Telangana State or any other board recognized as equivalent with Biology/Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

Admission Process:
- Admissions to the Institute are made through a common entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by the Government of Telangana.
- 70 % of the seats are allotted based on the merit in the EAMCET.
- 30 % of the seats are earmarked for Management candidates.
- In addition to the above, Diploma (D. Pharm.) holders are admitted in second year of B. Pharm. to the extent of 10% of sanctioned intake based on the merit in the ECET examination.
