Candidate should have qualified 10+2 (PCB/M) with English as one of the subject with at least 45% marks (40% in case of SC candidates of Haryana State) and For Lateral entry: Passed two years Diploma in Optometry after 12th standard.

From Second Semester onwards – INR 50,000
