Madhav Prasad Tripathi Medical College and Hospital, Siddharthnagar is a government medical college established in 2021 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh to address the shortage of doctors and deliver quality healthcare education and services in eastern Uttar Pradesh. It operates as a fully functional tertiary healthcare institution with an attached 350‑bedded hospital equipped with emergency services, outpatient and inpatient facilities, laboratory diagnostics, imaging services (CT scan and X‑ray), blood bank, ICU units, and more. The MBBS program is rigorous and designed to develop medically competent, socially responsible physicians capable of serving diverse patient populations. The curriculum combines foundational medical sciences with extensive clinical exposure, and students perform hands‑on training in various departments under expert faculty guidance. As an affiliated college of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, it follows an accredited curriculum aligned with National Medical Commission standards. 1. Must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English.
2. Should be at least 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the admission year.
3. Valid NEET‑UG score as per eligibility criteria.
4. Admission through counseling based on NEET‑UG rank.
