1. Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (or equivalent).
2. Qualified in NEET-UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test).
3. Attained the minimum age of 17 years by 31st December of the year of admission.
4. Must participate in state and/or All India quota counselling as per reservation rules.
