Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)

The MBBS program at Prafulla Chandra Sen Government Medical College & Hospital, Arambagh, Hooghly is a full‑time undergraduate medical degree aimed at producing competent and ethical medical professionals. Established in 2022 under the Government of West Bengal, this institution is part of the centrally sponsored initiative to expand quality medical education in underserved regions. The college operates a modern academic block, well‑equipped laboratories, lecture halls, and clinical facilities integrated with a 594‑bed teaching hospital that serves a large population base, providing students significant clinical exposure. 1. Must be 17 years old on or before 31 December of the admission year.
2. 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
3. Must have a valid NEET‑UG score.
4. Admission subject to counselling and seat allotment through state and all‑India quota.
