- Passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with required subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, English) with minimum marks as per regulatory norms.
- Qualified NEET-UG examination.
- At least 17 years of age by 31 December of the admission year.
- For quota-based admissions (state quota / NRI / management), additional documents may be required (see Admission Process below).

Admission Process:
- Register and appear for the NEET-UG exam (conducted by NTA).
- Once the NEET-UG result is out and you qualify, participate in counselling conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for state-quota seats or follow All India Quota / NRI quota procedures as applicable.
- Submit admission application form (KEA or college-specific as required). Provide necessary documents: 10th & 12th mark sheets, NEET scorecard, age proof, identity proof, transfer/migration certificate (if applicable), caste/category certificate if applicable, photos, etc.
- On allotment of seat, complete fee payment (tuition + any other applicable fees) as per the allotted quota (general / management / NRI).
- Complete admission formalities at the college — document verification, submission of originals, hostel allotment (if required).
- Begin academic sessions as per the institute calendar.
