Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)

Overview

The MBBS program at TRR Institute of Medical Sciences is structured to impart both theoretical and practical knowledge in medical sciences. The curriculum includes pre-clinical, para-clinical, and clinical subjects. Students are exposed to hands-on clinical training at the associated TRR Hospital. The final year includes a one-year compulsory internship where students rotate through all major medical specialties to gain real-world experience. The course emphasizes ethics, communication, and evidence-based practice.

Eligibility

Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects

Minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCB for General category (40% for SC/ST/OBC)

Must have qualified NEET-UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Undergraduate)
