• Indian Nationality Certificate 
• Maharashtra Domicile Certificate /Other State Domicile Certificate 
• SSC Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate 
• HSC Mark Sheet & Passing Certificate 
• NEET –UG Mark-sheet & NEET –UG admit card 
• Selection letter 
• Medical Fitness Certificate (as per NEET-UG Brochure) 
• Gap Certificate 
• Caste Certificate, Caste Validity Certificate, Non-Creamy Layer (Applicable for Reserved category students) 
• Migration Certificate 
• Transfer certificate / Leaving certificate 
• Birth Certificate 
• Aadhar card (Xerox copy self attested) 
• Undertaking on Rs. 100/- stamp paper duly signed before the Notary for yearly payment of fees on due date.
• Undertaking for Anti ragging ACT on Rs.100 stamp paper duly signed before the Notary 
• Character Certificateissued by thePrincipal of last school / junior College last attended Mentioning the status of his/her behavioral patternspecially in terms as to whetherhe /she has displayed persistent violent or aggressive behavior or any desire to harm others. (As per provision made in clause 4 of Anti Ragging Rules /Act.) (Documents – I, m, n to be submitted along with Retention Form) 
• Religions Minority status :- i) School Leaving Certificate stating religion(if applicable) OR i)Certificate from religions place ii)Affidavit Stating Minority 
• Gujrati/Sindhi Minority:- School Leaving Certificate or Affidavit (if applicable) 
• Hindi linguistic :- i) School Leaving Certificate – Mother Tongue Hindi (if applicable) ii) Affidavit stating – Hindi linguistic Minority 
• Hilly Area :- i) Domicile of Parents Stating residing in hilly area (if applicable)
