Overview

BGS Global Institute of Medical Sciences (BGSGIMS), established under the aegis of a reputed trust, aims to impart quality medical education and produce competent physicians with social responsibility. The MBBS curriculum spans preclinical, paraclinical and clinical phases as per NMC guidelines, ensuring a comprehensive grounding in anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathology, pharmacology, community medicine and clinical specialties. The institute is equipped with modern lecture rooms, laboratories, a large central library, student hostels, cafeterias, and an associated teaching hospital (300-bed facility) to provide clinical exposure and hands-on learning. With an annual intake of 150 students, BGSGIMS seeks to balance academic rigour with student welfare and holistic development in a socially conscious environment.

Eligibility

Indian Nationals category:

1. Candidate should have passed the 12th standard or equivalent exam and should have obtained minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, chemistry and biology (taken together) from a recognized board.
2. The Candidate should have completed seventeen years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.
3. Candidates are advised to check NEET brochure for final eligibility criteria.

Foreign nationals/ Non-Resident Indian category:

1. Candidate should have passed the 12th standard or equivalent exam and should have obtained minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, chemistry and biology (taken together) from a recognized board.
2. The Candidate should have completed seventeen years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.
3. Should produce the following documents:
4. No Objection Certificate from the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi.
5. An eligibility Certificate from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
6. Student Visa
7. Residential Certificate
