3. Bank Guarantee of Rs. 6,00,156/- (Rs. Six Lakh One Hundred Fifty Six Only) Valid up to 5 Years
4. Allotment letter by Directorate of Medical Education, Govt. Of Chhattisgarh
5. NEET Admit card
6. NEET Mark-sheet
7. High school (10th) /Birth Certificate
