Tomo Riba Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (TRIHMS), Naharlagun, established in 2017, is the first medical college in Arunachal Pradesh. The MBBS program is the flagship course with an annual intake of 50 students. Eligibility
- Must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCB (40% for reserved categories).
- Must have qualified NEET-UG examination.
- Admission through state counseling under Arunachal Pradesh State Quota and All India Quota (AIQ).
- Age: Minimum 17 years at the time of admission.

Admission Process:
- The admission process is through online allotment of seats by the Medical Counselling Committee. The applicants need to appear online through the counselling committee website and will be allotted a seat as per their applicable seat quota/ category by the allotment letter. The allotted students need to physically report to college along with the allotment letter and other documents (with originals) within a given deadline.
