Homoeopathy is based on the theory that small amounts of substances can cure symptoms caused by larger amounts of the same substance. Diploma programs are offered in the area of homoeopathy, but these are not usually sufficient to meet the certification requirements. These programs are offered through schools and sometimes online; however, there may also be a clinical requirement. The Degree course of B.H.M.S. a period of 5 ½ years, including compulsory Internship of one-year duration after passing the Final Degree Examination, on successful completion of the internship and on the recommendation of the principal of the college concerned the University shall issue the degree to such conditions.
