Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)

Minimum eligibility for a candidate to pursue BDS course is he/ she should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology as optional subjects and English as one of the languages.

He/ She shall complete 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year of admission.

1. Application forms duly signed by Principal should be obtained from College Management office, Shimoga.
2. Duly filled application should be submitted to the college management office in Shimoga only with all related documents in stipulated time
3. All types of fees should be paid only in the college management office in Shimoga and should obtain the receipt for the same duly signed by the Chairman.
4. Admission order should be jointly signed by Principal, Subbaiah Institute of Dental Sciences and Chairman Tadikela Subbaiah Trust and should be submitted to College Management office in Shimoga for admission process.
