- The degree of Ayurvedacharya B.A.M.S. is recognised by Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), New Delhi. Students who are awarded degree of B.A.M.S. under Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur (Bihar) and have completed their internship in the college Hospital are registered in any states of India as medical practitioners. They are also eligible for M.D./M.S. Ayurved, Post-graduate course in any university.

Admission Process:
- Admission test will be conducted for getting admission in Ayurvedacharya B.A.M.S. Course. Admission will be given as per the merit list and for this required formalities have to be complied with Admission dates are given in the newspaper and other relevant informations. Educational Qualification Candidate must have passed I.Sc. (Biology) or 10+2 from recognised University or Board. Candidates having other qualifications as per C.C.I.M. will be preferred equivalent educational qualification will be preferred. Domicile Certificate (Only for Students from other states) Appearing candidate should be a citizen of India. He/she should produce domicile certificate or a court affidavit duly stamped by Notary Registrar. Health Certificate Applicant must submit Health certificate. The certificate of health proof must be through Civil Asst. Surgeon/Ayurvedic/Unani/Homeopathic doctor of Govt. Hospital or by teacher of Govt. Ayurvedic/Unani/Homeopathic colleges. Admission Application form and Prospectus Application form and prospectus is available at the college counter on payment by cash of Rs. 1000 or Demand Draft of Rs. 1050. D/D drawn in favour of "Nitishwar Ayurved Medical College & Hospital", Payable at Muzaffarpur. One self addressed envelop (10"x 4") affixed with stamp of Rs. 50 should be sent along with D/D. No application will be entertained after the last date.
