Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)

Candidate wishing admission to first professional B.A.M.S. should have qualified H.S.E.B. (Science Stream) with ‘B’ or 'AB' group or equivalent examination in current academic year. Sanskrit language is compulsory in 10th or 12th standard.

Admission to BAMS courses will be taken on the basis of NEET UG score and the corresponding rank. Therefore, candidates are required to qualify for NEET conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA)

1. Duly Filled College Application Form.
2. Admit Card /Hall Ticket of NEET UG.
3. Copy of Online Application Form.
4. Nationality Certificate /Valid Indian Passport/Birth Certificate Having Endorsed with Nationality as mention "Indian on it.".
5. Domicile Certificate.
6. SSC (or Equivalent) Passing Certificate (For date of Birth).
7. HSC (or Equivalent) Mark sheet.
8. NEET Mark sheet.
9. Selection Letter / Allotment Letter.
10. Medical Fitness Certificate (As per the format given in the NEET UG-2022 Brochure i.e, Annexure- "H").
11. Caste Certificate (If Applicable).
12. Caste Validity Certificate (If Applicable).
13. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (Valid).
14. School/ College Leaving/Transfer Certificate (LC/TC).
15. Migration Certificate (If Applicable).
16. Gap Certificate (If Applicable).
17. Eligible Certificate (By Competent Authority) For (EWS) Economically Weaker Section (If Applicable).
18. Physically Handicapped Certificate (If Applicable).
19. Defense Certificate (D1, D2, D3) (As per the format given in the NEET UG-2022 Brochure i.e., Annexure-C) (If Applicable).
20. Hilly Area Certificate (As per NEET UG-2022 Brochure i.e., Annexure "F").
21. Minority Certificate /Affidavit.
22. Aadhar Card / PAN Card /Voting Card.
23. 4 Recent Passport Size Photographs.
