Overview

• Physiotherapy is a branch of medicine, which is used for the treatment of patients who are physically and mentally impaired, disable or handicapped temporarily or permanently by providing total rehabilitation.
• Physiotherapy may be defined as the method of services offered through assessment, physical diagnosis and of various conditions through physical agencies which includes, Manual Therapy, Electro Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Exercise Therapy Etc.
• Physiotherapy is now considered as part of Ortho and Neuro and other department.
• Awareness of preventive measure in medicine and health education has protected physiotherapy to come forward as a modern science. The demand of physiotherapy is increasing day by day.

Eligibility

• The candidate shall have passed 10 + 2 examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology subjects.
