Eligibility

    • Male, Female & 3rd Gender candidates can take admission
    • Minimum qualification HSSLC (10+2) standard or its equivalent in Science stream with minimum 40 % marks in aggregate in PCB/PCM from a recognized Board/ council / university. Relaxation of 5% of marks for ST/SC & OBC candidates.
    • The minimum age for admission is 17 years as or 31st December of the admission year and maximum of 25 years as on 31st December of the same year.

Admission Process:

    1. The Eligible candidates shall have to undergo J.B. Eligibility Entrance Test (JBEET) before admission.
    2. The selection will be strictly on Merit Basis based on aggregate in PCB/PCM & Entrance test.
    3. The candidates who have more than 65% and above in PCB/PCM can directly take admission.
    4. The Candidate shall be fit both physically and mentally (Produce Medical Certificate)
    5. Forms & prospectus can be obtained from the Institution campus office with payment of Rs 500 (Five Hundred) only or by post by sending a Demand Draft of Rs 550/ (Five Hundred Fifty) only made in favour of J.B. Foundation Trust, pay able at Guwahati.
    6. Admission for NRI/Foreigner Nationals will be made as per norms laid down by of HRD Govt. of India Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi.

    Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission: 

    1. Age proof certificate (Admit card of class 10th)
    2. Mark sheet & pass certificate of class 10th / HSLC standard.
    3. Mark sheet & pass certificate of class 12th / HSSLC Standard.
    4. Caste certificate if belonging to SC/ST/OBC/ Categories.
    5. Pass port size colored photograph 5 copies.
    6. P.R.C (Permanent Residential Certificate) if available.
    7. Address proof if P.R.C is not available.
    8. Migration Certificate of Class XII in original.
    9. Transfer Certificate.
    10. Current Medical Fitness Certificate.
