Overview

    The students are trained on different image planning and Radiotherapy equipment – CT simulation, mould room, and Radiotherapy delivery procedures/techniques by megavoltage machines like tele-cobalt, linear accelerators for conventional/3DCRT/IMRT/IGRT and Brachytherapy for cancer treatment. They are trained in technical quality assurance procedures and networking of Radiotherapy images.

Eligibility

    The Candidate should have passed in 10+2 (English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology), Resident of Kashmiri state shall be eligible for the course.

    Students were admitted per year through CET exam and counselling conducted by GGSIPU. (4 candidates + 1 Kashmiri candidate)
