B. K. Birla College of Arts, Science and Commerce (Autonomous), Kalyan was established in 1972 by by Kalyan Citizens’ Education Society with the blessings of Late Shri B. K. Birla ji and Late Smt. Sarala ji Birla. The College offers 22 Under Graduate, 27 Post Graduate courses in Arts, Science and Commerce and 09 Ph. D. programs in the subject of Botany, Biotechnology, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Microbiology (under renewal), Hindi, History and Economics. A Ph. D. program is being introduced in the subject of Commerce. The College also conducts PG Diploma in Bio - nanotechnology and Advanced Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (A-DMLT).
