Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM)

• The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31' December of the year in which admission is sought. Female, unmarried candidates with good moral character.
• The maximum age for admission shall be 25 years.
• The minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of 12 years of schooling (10 + 2 year course) recognized by CBSE/ICSE/SSSCE/HSCE or a recognized equivalent examination.

Original Documents with photo copies in two sets to be produced at the time of admission:

• 10th Marks Sheet
• 10th + 2 Marks Sheet
• Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended
• Board Certificates from the Institution last attended
• Medical Fitness certificate
• Migration Certificates
• Photographs — 4 ( 2 passport size and 2 stamp size )
