Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM)

• Minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
• The Maximum age for admission shall be 35 yrs.
• The minimum education requirement shall be 10+2 in arts (Mathematics, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology and Philosophy) and English core/English Elective or Health Care Science – Vocational stream only, passing out from recognized board.
• Students shall be medically fit.
• Students qualified in 10+2 arts or science examination conducted by national institute of open school.
• Student shall be admitted once in a year.
• Entrance/Selection Test/Counseling: Selection of the candidate should be passed on the merit of the entrance examination/online counseling held by university or any other competent authority.

Documents submitted at the time of admission:

1. Original/provisional 10th, 10+2 and statement of marks of qualifying examination and other higher examination passed by the candidates.
2. Character/Conduct Certificate issued by a Gazetted Officer/Head of the Institution last attended/ Tehsildar.
3. Domiciliary Certificate.
4. Migration Certificate/NOC from the university from which the candidate has passed her last examination.
5. Proof of category against which selected i.e. OBC/SC/ST/IRDP/Ex-Servicemen/WFF/PH.
6. Affidavit/ Undertaking by the Student and Guardians.
7. 10 Passport Size Photograph.
