Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM)

• Male, Female & 3rd Gender candidate can take admission in GNM. For ANM female candidates only.
• Minimum qualification HSSLC (10+2) standard or its equivalent in all streams with minimum 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board/council/ university. Relaxation of 5% of marks for ST/SC & OBC candidates.
• The minimum age for admission is 17 years as or 31st December of the admission year and maximum of 30 years as on 31st December of the same year.
• Preference will be given to the Science Stream candidates only.

Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission:

1. Age proof certificate (Admit card of class 10th)
2. Mark sheet & pass certificate of class 10th / HSLC standard.
3. Mark sheet & pass certificate of class 12th / HSSLC Standard.
4. Caste certificate if belonging to SC/ST/OBC/ Categories.
5. Pass port size colored photograph 5 copies.
6. P.R.C (Permanent Residential Certificate) if available.
7. Address proof if P.R.C is not available.
8. Migration Certificate of Class XII in original.
9. Transfer Certificate.
10. Current Medical Fitness Certificate.
