Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM)

1. The minimum age for admission shall be 17 to 35 years on or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought
2. The maximum age for admission shall be 35 years..
3. The minimum educational requirements shall be 10+2 in Arts (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology Psychology, and Philosophy) and English Core/English Elective or Science or Health care Science- Vocational stream ONLY passing out from recognized Board.
4. Student shall be medically fit.
5. Students qualified in 10+2 Arts Science or Commerce examination conducted by National Institute of Open School.
6. Student shall be admitted once in a year.

Documents required at the time of admission:

• Domicile Certificate and Nationality certificate
• College/school Leaving Certificate (LC/TC)
• SSC Certificate
• HSC Certificate
• Gap Affidavit (If applicable)
• GNM admission if student passed ANM course she should produce diploma certificate.
• ANM admission if student is Anganwadi worker/ASHA worker should produce course certificate.
• Domicile Certificate
• Caste Certificate (If applicable)
• Caste Validity Certificate (If applicable) (It is mandatory to the student belonging to reserved category to submit Caste Certificate duly supported by Caste Validity Certificate.)
• Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for VJ, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, OBC, SBC.
• Aadhar Card
• Gazette Certificate if any change in Name.
• Medical Fitness Certificate.
