Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM)

Overview

• Major objective of this course is promotion of health, precaution against illness, restoration of health and rehabilitation. ANM nurses have to utilize relevant knowledge from the humanities, biological and behavioral sciences in carrying out health care and nursing activities and functions.

Eligibility

• Diploma in Auxiliary Nurse & Midwifery Course is only meant for females.
• The minimum required qualification of the candidate is Intermediate passed with science / commerce / arts / home science subjects.
• The age limit of the candidate for the course should be 17 to 30 years at the time of admission.
