Anesthesiology Residency Program

The Anesthesiology Residency at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is one of the premier academic residency programs in the United States, offering rigorous clinical and academic training in anesthesiology. • Hold an MD or DO degree (or equivalent international medical qualification).
• Apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
• Participate in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP).
• Submit a complete residency application.
• Provide at least three letters of recommendation.
• Submit a Medical Student Performance Evaluation (Dean's Letter).
• Submit a personal statement.
• Demonstrate strong academic performance during medical school.
• Pass USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 before the start of residency.
• International applicants must satisfy all institutional and visa requirements.
