The curriculum integrates comprehensive clinical rotations with structured didactic sessions, simulation-based education, and multidisciplinary learning experiences. Training includes exposure to general anaesthesia, cardiac anaesthesia, pediatric anaesthesia, obstetric anaesthesia, neurasthenia, regional anaesthesia, critical care medicine, pain medicine, and perioperative medicine. Residents are mentored by nationally recognised faculty who actively contribute to clinical innovation, education, and research. The program also encourages scholarly activity through dedicated research opportunities, faculty mentorship, conference presentations, and optional research rotations. Graduates consistently secure competitive fellowship positions and leadership roles in academic institutions and major healthcare organisations worldwide.
